Аннотация

Синдром опущения промежности является актуальной проблемой, затрагивающей в большей степени повторнородящих женщин и женщин в постменопаузе. По данным эпидемиологических исследований, в постменопаузе более 50% женщин страдают от тяжелых симптомов тазового пролапса, которые значительно снижают качество жизни. Высокая распространенность пролапса органов малого таза увеличивает потребность в комплексной диагностике и лечении. Тазовое дно представляет собой уникальную анатомическую и функциональную структуру, расстройство которой приводит к целому ряду статических и функциональных нарушений. Для их диагностики применяются различные методы медицинской визуализации (рентгенологическая дефекография, УЗИ, МР дефекография). МР-дефекография позволяет детально визуализировать все три отдела таза, включая мягкие ткани и связочно-мышечный аппарат; оценивать структурные и функциональные тазовые нарушения в рамках одного исследования. Однако требуется уточнение границ нормальных показателей подвижности тазовых органов при МР дефекографии. Остается открытым вопрос об алгоритме применения МР дефекографии и рентгенологической дефекографии при пролапсе органов малого таза.
