РОЛЬ БИОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ МАРКЕРОВ В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ ПОСЛЕОПЕРАЦИОННЫХ ИНФЕКЦИОННЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ В КОЛОРЕКТАЛЬНОЙ ХИРУРГИИ (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Инфекционные осложнения в хирургии колоректального рака занимают ведущее место в структуре послеоперационных осложнений. Частота последних составляет 5-22%, а в 5-20% случаев подобные осложнения приводят к летальному исходу. Стоит отметить, что развитие послеоперационных осложнений приводит к снижению качества жизни пациентов, общей и безрецидивной выживаемости больных, оперированных по поводу колоректального рака. Одним из перспективных способов диагностики послеоперационных инфекционных осложнений после хирургического вмешательства является оценка уровня биологических маркеров воспаления плазмы крови. Он может применяться с целью идентификации пациентов с высокой вероятностью инфекции и быть показанием для более раннего проведения дополнительных методов диагностики осложнений. В настоящее время к биомаркерам, используемым для раннего выявления послеоперационной инфекции, относятся рост лейкоцитов в периферической крови, СРБ, ПКТ, CD64 нейтрофилов и другие. Проведено большое количество исследований по изучению уровня, однако, их результаты весьма противоречивы, и вопрос о роли данных вышеуказанных биомаркеров в диагностике послеоперационных инфекций у пациентов, перенесших оперативное вмешательство по поводу рака толстой кишки, остается открытым.
