В статье представлен анализ непосредственных результатов 117 лапароскопических и 16 роботических операций на ободочной кишке, выполненных в НМХЦ им. Н.И. Пирогова за период с января 2011 г. по май 2015 г. Из них 90 пациентов с опухолевым поражением ободочной кишки, 31 пациент с дивертикулярной болезнью, 11 пациентов с функционирующими одноствольными колостомами как результат перенесенных ранее обструктивных вмешательств на левой половине ободочной кишки и 1 пациент с мегаколон. При раке ободочной кишки оперативные вмешательства выполнялись по методике полной мезоколонэктомии с центральным лигированием сосудов (74 пациентов) и по методике скелетизации нижней брыжеечной артерии с парааортальной лимфрис-секцией (16 пациентов). Общий процент послеоперационных осложнений среди всех видеоскопических операций составил 11,3%. Применение роботической технологии при операциях на ободочной кишке не может являться целосообразным, ввиду доступности выполнения вмешательств лапароскопически по критерию цена-эффективность и временному фактору.

The analysis of short-term results of 117 laparoscopic and 16 robotic-assistant colon surgeries, performed in NMSC N.I.Pirogov between January 2011 and May 2015 was undertaken. There were 90 resections for colon cancer, 31 for diverticular disease and one for megacolon. Also results of 11 reconstructive operation after Hartmann procedure was investigated. In 74 cases of cancer operation were performed with mesocolonectomy and central vessels ligature. In 16 patients sceletization of inferior mesenteric artery and paraortal lymphadenectomy was performed. Morbidity rate was 11,3 % among all patients. The use of robotic technology in colon surgery is not an optimal option due to low cost effectiveness and prolonged operating time comparing to those after routine laparoscopic procedures.
