Основной акцент публикаций направлен на существующие варианты применения клеточных технологий при лечении криптогландулярных свищей, в частности, с критической точки зрения рассмотрено использование аутологичной жировой ткани как источника мезенхимальных стволовых клеток. С учетом данных современной литературы, метод обладает большим потенциалом, является безопасным и малотравматичным при лечении сложных свищей прямой кишки. В то же время его внедрение в клиническую практику требует дополнительных исследований и унификации, как процессов приготовления, так и технологии применения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review evaluates current approaches to complex cryptoglandular anorectal fistulas and various outcomes following sphincter-preserving procedures, and assesses the efficacy and safety of various treatment methods. The paper primarily focus on existing applications of stem cells technologies in treatment of cryptoglandular fistulas, critical examining the use of autologous adipose tissue as a source of mesenchymal stem cells. Based on current literature, this method is safe, and minimally invasive, moreover it has significant potential, in the treatment of complex rectal fistulas.
