Данные собраны и проанализированы с помощью SPSS 23. Исследование одобрено (IEC2:474/2022) и зарегистрировано (CTRI/2022/12/048254).</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: группы сопоставимы по исходным характеристикам. Не выявлено значимых различий в продолжительности операции, интраоперационным кровотечениям, отделяемое по дренажу (48 ч) и койкодню между группами.</p></sec><sec><title>ВЫВОД</title><p>ВЫВОД: ультразвуковой скальпель и электрокоагуляция являются ценными инструментами для диссекции и гемостаза в колоректальной хирургии, что критически важно для эффективных и безопасных малоинвазивных подходов. Необходимо оценить отдаленные результаты.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>BACKGROUND</title><p>BACKGROUND: Advances in colorectal surgery include energy devices for precise dissection and hemostasis. This observational study evaluates the ultrasonic scalpel and electrocautery in colorectal surgeries, analyzing intra- and postoperative parameters to inform decisions and best practices.</p></sec><sec><title>METHODS</title><p>METHODS: Prospective observational study at a tertiary center (12/19/2022–09/30/2024). Data collected and analyzed with SPSS 23.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: Comparable groups in baseline characteristics. There were no significant differences in operative time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative drainage (48h), or hospital stay between the ultrasonic scalpel and electrocautery.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION: The ultrasonic scalpel and electrocautery are valuable tools for dissection and hemostasis in colorectal surgery, crucial for effective and safe minimally invasive approaches. Long-term effects should be determined.
