ВЗК являются хроническими болезнями с траекторией ремиссии и рецидива. Медикаментозная терапия ВЗК недостаточно эффективна. Существует потребность в адъювантной терапии ВЗК. Цель настоящего обзора состояла в том, чтобы представить роль физических упражнений и их влияние на ВЗК. В этой связи ведётся поиск дополнительных инструментов для повышения частоты достижения и удержания ремиссии. В последнее время получены данные, что физическая нагрузка индуцирует каскад противовоспалительных цитокинов, специфически запускаемый за счет экспоненциального увеличения мышечного интерлейкин 6, и при регулярных тренировках в период ремиссии может снизить базальные уровни циркулирующих воспалительных маркеров и потенциально уменьшить хроническое воспаление при ВЗК. Рекомендации врача по физической активности в период ремиссии могут быть эффективны в качестве дополнительного компонента противорецидивного лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) include Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. IBDs are chronic diseases with a trajectory of remission and relapse. Drug therapy for IBD is not effective enough. There is a need for adjuvant therapy for IBD. The purpose of this review was to present the role of exercise and its impact on IBD. In this regard, a search is underway for additional tools to increase the frequency of achieving and maintaining remission. There is recent evidence that exercise induces a cascade of anti-inflammatory cytokines, specifically triggered by an exponential increase in muscle interleukin 6, and with regular exercise during remission may reduce basal levels of circulating inflammatory markers and potentially reduce chronic inflammation in IBD.
