ЦЕЛЬ: проанализировать современные данные литературы о колоректальном раке (КРР), а также случаи КРР, ассоциированного с беременностью.

ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ

ПАЦИЕНТЫ И МЕТОДЫ: проанализированы литературные источники из медицинских баз данных PubMed, MedLine, Scopus с 1998 по 2023 гг. Рассматривались эпидемиологические аспекты, диагностические алгоритмы, тактика ведения пациенток, прогностические критерии, а также результаты после проведенного лечения. В статью включены 2 клинических примера пациенток с КРР, на фоне беременности.

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: в целом, прогноз при колоректальном раке у беременных неблагоприятный, что бывает связано с несвоевременностью диагностики, так как диагноз у значительного числа беременных устанавливается в далеко зашедшей стадии заболевания. Вопросы, касающиеся тактики ведения беременности и выбора метода лечения злокачественной опухоли, сочетающейся с беременностью, чрезвычайно сложны и трудно разрешимы. Мы представили собственный опыт успешного лечения двух пациенток с колоректальным раком на фоне беременности. В принятии решения о стратегии лечения целесообразно участие акушера, перинатолога, колоректального хирурга, радиолога и химиотерапевта.

AIM

AIM: to analyze recent literature data on colorectal cancer (CRC) and cases of CRC in pregnant.

PATIENTS AND METHODS

PATIENTS AND METHODS: PubMed, MedLine, and Scopus medical databases 1998–2023 were analyzed. Epidemiology, diagnostic algorithms, patient management approach, prognostic criteria, as well as treatment outcomes were studied. The paper includes 2 clinical cases of pregnant patients with CRC with good outcomes.

CONCLUSION

CONCLUSION: the prognosis for colorectal cancer in pregnant women is poor and associated with late diagnostics and advanced disease. Treatment approach is extremely individual.
