Основным анализируемым параметром была частота ответа на лечение по критериям RECIST в зависимости от использованной в I линии схемы, дополнительными — общая выживаемость.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: в исследование было включено 27 пациентов (у 13 исходно IV стадия заболевания и у 14 — прогрессирование после радикального лечения). 10 пациентов получали 1 линию ХТ по схеме ЕР, 4 — XELOX, 2 — FOLFIRI, 2 — Иринотекан и Цисплатин, 1 — самарий, 1 — ниволумаб, 1 — 5-фторурацил и лейковорин. Наиболее часто эффект лечения (частичный ответ или стабилизация) отмечался на фоне ХТ по схеме ЕР — у 60%. Медиана общей выживаемости (ОВ) составила 7,0 месяцев.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: использование ХТ по схеме ЕР является предпочтительным из существующих вариантов терапии метастатического НЭР. Медиана ОВ у данной группы пациентов остаётся крайне низкой, актуально проведение новых клинических исследований.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>AIM</title><p>AIM: to evaluate the effectiveness of first-line chemotherapy in patients with colorectal neuroendocrine cancer (NEC).</p></sec><sec><title>PATIENTS AND METHODS</title><p>PATIENTS AND METHODS: a retrospective study included patients with metastatic colorectal NEC (2000-2020). The main analyzed parameter was the response rate to treatment according to the RECIST criteria, depending on the regimen used in the first line. The overall survival was additional parameter.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: the study included 27 patients (13 with initial stage IV disease and 14 with progression after primary radical treatment). Ten patients in the 1st line underwent chemotherapy according to the EP scheme, 4 — XELOX, 2 — FOLFIRI, 2 — Irinotecan and Cisplatin, 1 — Samarium, 1 — Nivolumab, 1 — 5-FU-LV. Most often, the treatment effect (partial response or stabilization) was observed against the background of chemotherapy according to the EP scheme — in 60% of patients. The median OS was 7 months.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION: the use of chemotherapy according to the EP regimen is the preferred options for the treatment of metastatic colorectal NEC.
