У 205 пациентов (I группа) на всех этапах лечения проводилась стандартная медикаментозная терапия. У 201 пациента (II группа) в периоперационном периоде и на этапе реабилитации (первые 6 месяцев после операции с 2-х месячным перерывом) общепринятое медикаментозное лечение дополнялось флеботропной терапией (препарат Детралекс 1000 мг).</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: у пациентов II группы после операции более быстро купировался болевой синдром, и регрессировали воспалительные симптомы в области оперативного вмешательства, сокращались сроки заживления ран анального канала (21,4 ± 1,7 суток против 26,8 ± 2,1 суток), а также регистрировались более высокие параметры качества жизни по сравнению с пациентами I группы.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: амбулаторное хирургическое лечение геморроя III-IV стадий в комплексе с флеботропной терапией позволяет уменьшить количество послеоперационных осложнений с 17,6% до 8,5% и увеличить в целом число хороших и удовлетворительных результатов лечения с 82,4% до 91,5% (p &lt; 0,005).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>PURPOSE</title><p>PURPOSE: to evaluate the effect of phlebotropic therapy on the effectiveness of surgical treatment of hemorrhoids.</p></sec><sec><title>PATIENTS AND METHODS</title><p>PATIENTS AND METHODS: a comparative evaluation of the results of treatment of 406 patients with chronic hemorrhoids of stages III and IV was performed. With surgical treatment of hemorrhoids, standard conservative therapy was performed in 205 patients (group I) and 201 patients (group II) in the perioperative period, as well as at the rehabilitation stage, the standard program of drug treatment was supplemented with phlebotropic therapy using Detralex (1000 mg).</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: in group II patients, compared with group I patients, pain syndrome was stopped faster, quality of life and working capacity were restored, and the period of epithelization of the anal canal wound was shortened (21.4 ± 1.7 days versus 26.8 ± 2.1 days). This made it possible to increase the number of good and satisfactory results of surgical treatment of hemorrhoids from 82.4% to 91.5%.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION: outpatient surgical treatment of hemorrhoids of stages III-IV in combination with phlebotropic therapy can reduce the number of postoperative complications from 17.6% to 8.5% and increase the overall number of good and satisfactory treatment results from 82.4% to 91.5% (p &lt; 0.005).</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>геморрой</kwd><kwd>хирургическое лечение</kwd><kwd>пролонгированная флеботропная терапия</kwd><kwd>амбулаторное лечение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hemorrhoids</kwd><kwd>surgical treatment</kwd><kwd>prolonged phlebotropic therapy</kwd><kwd>outpatient treatment</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Шелыгин Ю.А.
