Критерием исключения была невозможность проведения операции с применением лазерной технологии. Количество пациентов — 84 (первая группа — 44 пациента, вторая группа — 40 пациентов). Средний возраст в первой группе 30,1 ± 8,1 лет, средний возраст во второй группе — 33,3 ± 11,0 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: интраоперационных осложнений не было в обеих группах. В основной группе пациентов время операции составило, в среднем, 12 ± 5 минут. Сроки заживления раны составили, в среднем, 12 ± 2 дней. В контрольной группе пациентов время операции составило, в среднем, 18,5 ± 6,5 минут. Сроки заживления раны составили, в среднем, 25 ± 3 дней. После вмешательств с использованием лазерных технологий при лечении ЭКХ, наблюдается статистически значимое снижение продолжительности стационарного лечения по сравнению с методом иссечения копчиковых свищей с подшиванием краев раны ко дну раны (8,5 дней и 11,2 день, соответственно, p &lt; 0,001). Сроки заживления послеоперационных ран в первой группе достоверно меньше, чем в контрольной (p &lt; 0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: применение лазерных технологий при лечении ЭКХ позволяет существенно снизить сроки заживления послеоперационных ран, при этом ранний послеоперационный период протекает более благоприятно, что позволяет применять данный метод в условиях стационара краткосрочного пребывания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>AIM</title><p>AIM: to evaluate effectiveness of laser technologies for pilonidal disease in comparison with the traditional excisional method.</p></sec><sec><title>PATIENTS AND METHODS</title><p>PATIENTS AND METHODS: a prospective randomized single-center study included 84 patients (first main group 44 patients, control one — 40 patients). The groups were homogeneous in age, gender, BMI. The inclusion criterion was the pilonidal disease with straight fistulas without additional fistula tracks. The exclusion criterion was the impossibility to perform laser procedure.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: no intraoperative morbidity occurred in both groups. The operative time was significantly shorter in the main group (12.0 ± 5.0 min vs 18.5 ± 6.5; p = 0.049). The hospital stay was significantly lower in the main group as well (8.5 days vs 11.2; p &lt; 0.001).
