Были исследованы гены APC, AXIN2, BMPR1A, BRCA2, CDH1, CHEK2, EPCAM, GALNT12, GREM1, MLH1, MLH3, MSH2, MSH3, MSH6, MutYH, NTHL1, PMS2, POLD1, POLE, SMAD4, STK11 методом высокопроизводительного секвенирования.   Результаты: у 5 пациентов были обнаружены патогенные мутации в генах APC (3 пациента с количеством полипов &gt; 100), POLE (1 пациент с количеством полипов &lt; 10), MutYH (1 пациент — с 2 мутациями при количестве полипов &gt; 28; 1 пациент с моноаллельной мутацией в сочетании с мутацией в гене АРС при количестве полипов &gt; 100).   Заключение: вероятность обнаружения патогенной мутации возрастает с увеличением количества полипов у пациента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Aim</title><p>   Aim: to reveal hereditary mutations in patients with adenomatous polyps of the gastrointestinal tract.   Patients and methods: a retrospective cohort study included 8 patients with adenomatous polyps of the gastrointestinal tract (ranging from 4 to several hundred). The APC, AXIN2, BMPR1A, BRCA2, CDH1, CHEK2, EPCAM, GALNT12, GREM1, MLH1, MLH3, MSH2, MSH3, MSH6, MutYH, NTHL1, PMS2, POLD1, POLE, SMAD4, STK11 genes were studied using new generation sequencing.   Results: five patients were found to have pathogenic mutations in the genes APC (3 patients with &gt; 100 polyps), POLE (1 patient with &lt; 10 polyps), MutYH (1 patient with 2 mutations with &gt; 28 polyps; 1 patient with monoallelic mutation in combination with a mutation in the APC gene with a number of polyps &gt; 100).</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion: the probability of detecting a pathogenic mutation increases with an increase in the number of polyps in a patient.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аденоматозные полипы</kwd><kwd>полипы желудка</kwd><kwd>полипы толстой кишки</kwd><kwd>семейный аденоматозный полипоз</kwd><kwd>NGS</kwd><kwd>таргетное секвенирование</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>adenomatous polyps</kwd><kwd>stomach polyps</kwd><kwd>colon polyps</kwd><kwd>familial adenomatous polyposis</kwd><kwd>NGS</kwd><kwd>targeted sequencing</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование выполнено в рамках государственного задания №№ 388-00102-20-01/ 388-00154-21-00.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The study was carried out within the framework of the state task No. 388-00102-20-01/ 388-00154-21-00.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Huang Y., Gong W., Su B., et al.
