Обзор литературы посвящен проблеме послеоперационного илеуса с акцентом на теории его этиопатогенеза. Понимание механизма развития данного патологического состояния позволит найти способы его предотвращения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Impaired motility of the gastrointestinal tract after surgery for colorectal cancer is a serious problem in the early postoperative period for both the patient and the medical staff. The literature review is devoted to the problem of postoperative ileus with an emphasis on the theory of its etiology and pathogenesis.
