Нарушение моторики желудочно-кишечного тракта у больных, перенесших операцию по поводу колоректального рака, является серьезной проблемой в раннем послеоперационном периоде, как для пациента, так и для медицинского персонала. Обзор литературы посвящен проблеме послеоперационного илеуса с акцентом на теории его этиопатогенеза. Понимание механизма развития данного патологического состояния позволит найти способы его предотвращения.

Impaired motility of the gastrointestinal tract after surgery for colorectal cancer is a serious problem in the early postoperative period for both the patient and the medical staff. The literature review is devoted to the problem of postoperative ileus with an emphasis on the theory of its etiology and pathogenesis. Understanding the mechanism of this pathological condition will make it possible to find ways to prevent it.
