По теме исследования было проанализировано более 200 источников литературы, из которых 67 были включены в данный обзор.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ: в обзоре литературы рассмотрены данные о молекулярно-генетических изменениях, происходящих при реализации перитонеального карциноматоза и метастазов в печень у больных раком толстой кишки. Выделены ключевые моменты, на которые необходимо обратить внимание при назначении лечения больным метастатическим колоректальным раком.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: представленные данные обобщают молекулярно-генетические исследования, позволяющие клиническим онкологам, хирургам и химиотерапевтам выбрать стратегию лечения. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>AIM</title><p>AIM: to analyze the literature on the molecular genetic characteristics in patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis and liver metastases of colorectal cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>PATIENTS AND METHODS</title><p>PATIENTS AND METHODS: RSCI, Google Scoolar, PubMed, Web of Science databases were used for review. Over 200 literature sources on the given subject were analyzed, of which 67 were included in this review.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS: in the review, the data on molecular genetic changes occurring during peritoneal carcinomatosis and liver metastases in patients with colorectal cancer were presented.
