Выбор оптимальной лечебной тактики невозможен без комплексной визуализации структур таза и мультидисциплинарного подхода. Среди существующих методов исследования на первый план выходит комплекс ультразвуковых методик за счёт высокой информативности, низкой стоимости, возможности широкого применения при амбулаторном приёме колопроктолога, быстроты выполнения и хорошей переносимостью пациентами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pelvic floor disorders (PFD) represents a significant social and economic problem involving about 25% of women older than 60 years with a 13% lifetime risk of undergoing surgery for PFD. Optimal management is impossible without comprehensive assessment of pelvic floor and multimodal approach.
