В статье представлено редкое клиническое наблюдение спонтанной перфорации тонкой кишки в свободную брюшную полость у подростка с осложненной болезнью Крона на фоне терапии преднизолоном. Продемонстрирован опыт полного энтерального питания и результаты выполнения первой в РФ стриктуропластики у ребенка.

A rare clinical observation of spontaneous intestinal perforation into the free abdominal cavity in teenager with complicated Crohn's disease during steroids therapy is presented. The experience of exclusive enteral nutrition and the results of the first stricturoplasty in children are demonstrated.
